In the last 24 hours, Russian troops attacked the Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy, Sumy, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Luhansk, Mykolaiv, and Kherson regions. At least 9 citizens were killed, and 67 more were injured. – Information from Regional Military Administrations
