The US Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Energy Community Secretariat have signed an agreement for a US grant contribution of $25 million to the Ukraine Energy Support Fund. Donated funds will be used to purchase equipment needed for Ukrainian energy companies suffering from Russian missile and UAV attacks. – Ministry of Energy of Ukraine

The European Council has decided to provide additional funding for training the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Such support will be granted through the European Peace Facility and take the form of necessary lethal and non-lethal equipment and supplies, as well as services to back the training activities.
