The US Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Energy Community Secretariat have signed an agreement for a US grant contribution of $25 million to the Ukraine Energy Support Fund. The European Council has decided to provide additional funding for training the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Such support will be granted through the European Peace Facility and take the form of necessary lethal and non-lethal equipment and supplies, as well as services to back the training activities.
