In the last 24 hours, Russian troops attacked the Khmelnytskyi, Kirovohrad, Donetsk, Luhansk, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Chernihiv, Vinnytsia, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, and Kherson regions.
