In the last 24 hours, Russian troops attacked the Chernihiv, Sumy, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Kirovohrad, and Kherson regions. At least one citizen was killed and 18 more were injured. – Information from Regional Military Administrations
