Russian aggressors fired missiles at the city of Pokrovsk in the Donetsk region on February 15. An apartment building was hit, and as a result, the upper floors were destroyed. 1 person was killed. 11 injured victims were hospitalized. New Zealand imposed sanctions against Iran in response to the supply of drones to the Russian Federation. On February 15, about 6 enemy air targets were spotted in the sky above Kyiv. Ukrainian air defense forces shot down most of them. These were Russian surveillance balloons launched to detect and exhaust Ukrainian air defense systems. – Kyiv City Military Administration
