In the last 24 hours, Russian troops shelled the Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Sumy, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Luhansk, Donetsk, Mykolaiv, Odesa, and Kherson regions. At least 10 citizens were killed. 17 more people were injured. – Information from Regional Military Administrations
