At night on December 11, Ukrainian defenders shot down 18 out of 18 Iranian-made Shahed-136/131 drones used by Russian troops to attack Ukraine. The majority of enemy UAVs were destroyed in the Mykolaiv region. Later, in the morning, Russian forces targeted the Kyiv region with eight ballistic missiles, all of which were eliminated. – Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine


In the last 24 hours, Russian troops attacked the Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Mykolaiv, Odesa, and Kherson regions. At least six citizens were injured. – Information from Regional Military Administrations


The European Council has imposed new restrictive measures against six natural persons and five legal entities involved in Iran’s development and production of UAVs used in Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine. Sanctioned individuals and companies are subject to an asset freeze, travel restrictions within the European Union, and are banned from providing funds or economic resources to them. – Official website of the European Council

On February 14, 2024, Russia launched a missile strike at the maternity ward and a five-story residential building in Selydove, the Donetsk region. Due to an attack, 3 people were killed, including a child and a pregnant woman, and another 12 were injured.
