The German defense ministry has announced a new military aid package for Ukraine worth €700 million. It will include two Patriot launchers, 40 Marder infantry fighting vehicles, as well as 25 Leopard 1 A5 main battle tanks and five Bergepanzer 2 from industrial stocks or industrial refurbishment.
