US President Joe Biden has signed a law on new sanctions against the Russian Federation. The United States is suspending Russian oil, coal, and gas imports. The European Union restricts the import of fertilizers from Russia as part of the following package of sanctions. Russian aggressors have shelled the cities of Avdiivka, Vugledar, Krasnogirivka, Mariupol and Volnovas in the Donestk region. 58 people have died.
