The Ministry of Infrastructure has calculated the damage of Russian aggression. As of the end of the last week just for the transport infrastructure (roads, bridges, railway, equipment, airports) the damage exceeded 10 billion dollars. The Russian troops shell and destroy the key objects of the infrastructure, carry out the massive shellings of the residential blocks of the Ukrainian cities and towns, using the artillery, the multiple rocket launchers, and ballistic missiles.
At least 4 people are dead during the last 24 hours in the Kharkiv region because of the shellings and air strikes, according to the rescuers.
In a result of a Russian air strike in Kharkiv, the Consulate of Albania is destroyed. The Consulate has informed about the attack that happened on Sunday night, and confirmed that the personnel was safe, no victims.
MFA of Ukraine: A humanitarian corridor to evacuate civilians, including foreign students, from Sumy to Poltava has been agreed today. We call on Russia to uphold its ceasefire commitment, to refrain from activities that endanger the lives of people and to allow the delivery of humanitarian aid.
We call on Russia to agree on other humanitarian corridors in Ukraine.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine have stopped four columns of the enemy’s military equipment via Bairaktar UAV. According to Dmytro Zhyvytskyi, Head of Sumy Regional Military Administration, the UAVs have shelled four large columns of armoured vehicles that were moving in the region, mostly in the Sumy direction.

Russian shelling destroyed a hospital in Izium city (the Kharkiv region), staff and sick people had to flee the collapsing building. – Vice-mayor of Izium (reported by Advisor to Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine). No info on dead or injured as of yet.
As a result of a Russian missile strike on Okhtyrka, the Sumy region, one civilian died on Monday and 14 more have been injured. The Regional Prosecutor’s Office has opened another investigation into Russian war crimes.

On the 8th of March, on the N-14 highway Russian troops opened fire on a minibus transporting teachers of an orphanage to their workplace. 3 people died (preliminary reports).
In the Dnipro region, in the village Hryhorivka, a russian missile hit a school stadium. The school is housing 30 refugees from a nearby town. No casualties reported so far.
A search operation rescued part of the crew of the patrol boat Slaviansk of the Ukrainian Navy. The boat was attacked by Russian forces on March 3d. Some crew members are still missing. – Ukrainian Armed Forces

Russian airstrikes destroyed a factory and dormitory building for retired servicemen in Zhytomyr city. One person is confirmed injured, but search and rescue efforts are still ongoing. – Mayor of Zhytomyr
About an hour ago, a Russian missile struck a private home in the village of Donets in the Kharkiv region. Two people are confirmed dead, including a 7-year old child, one person was injured. – State Emergency Service
The Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration reported that Unit 6 at the Zaporizhzhia NPP, which the occupiers temporarily seized, had been put into an emergency repair. It was damaged on March 4 during the Russian military’s shelling of the ZNPP site.
