Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has called on the UN, Red Cross, and the European Parliament to protect civilians from armed aggression. “Ukrainian parliament has called on the UN, Red Cross, the European Parliament, international organisations and foreign governments to immediately ensure the protection of civilians from armed attacks by Russia”, – said Korniienko on Twitter on Thursday.

Kharkiv. The Russian troops attacked civilians yet again. Rescue operation goes on in the Pivnichna Saltivka neighbourhood. The State Emergency Service reports that more than 40 apartment buildings and private houses were attacked and caught fire in Kharkiv today.
