The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has reported that the Russian Federation has carried out mobilization on the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions and is forming units for an attack on towns and villages on the territory under Ukrainian control. On the outskirts of Bucha near Kyiv fighting is ongoing, there is also street fighting in the town itself. This was reported by the Mayor of Bucha Anatoliy Fedoruk in a joint broadcast by Ukrainian TV channels.
To quote: “Bucha is a Ukrainian town. There is fighting on the outskirts. The enemy has managed to break through in some directions, street fighting is ongoing. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are providing solid resistance by pushing the enemy out of the town into the fields in order to destroy them there. The Kadyrovites have arrived. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are pushing them in the direction of Vorzel and out of Bucha.


Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has called on the UN, Red Cross, and European Parliament to protect civilians from armed aggression. “Ukrainian parliament has called on the UN, Red Cross, the European Parliament, international organisations and foreign governments to immediately ensure the protection of civilians from armed attacks by Russia”, – said Korniyenko on Twitter on Thursday.

Rescue services are working at the site of a Russian missile strike against the Okhtyrka thermal electrical plant. 2 people confirmed killed, 1 person injured. Rescue efforts are ongoing. – State Emergency Service.

As of 18:20 (GMT+2), as a result of the air strikes 33 bodies and 18 injured persons were pulled out of the rubble in Chernihiv city.
The rescue operations have been suspended because of the shellings.

Kharkiv. The Russian troops attacked civilians yet again. Rescue operation goes on in the Pivnichna Saltivka neighbourhood. The State Emergency Service reports that more than 40 apartment buildings and private houses were attacked and caught fire in Kharkiv today.


Chaiky village, Kyiv region. A 10,000 sq m warehouse and an eight-storey administrative building caught fire after the Russian attack. The rescue operation is underway.


The parties have reached an understanding on the joint provision of humanitarian corridors for the evacuation of citizens, the delivery of medicines and food to the places of the fiercest fighting, adviser to the head of the President’s Office Mykhailo Podoliak said in a communiqué following negotiations with representatives of the Russian delegation. According to him, for this purpose, special channels of communication and interaction will be organized and appropriate logistics procedures will be formed in the near future.

“Hetman Sahaidachnyi,” a flagship of the Ukrainian fleet, has been sunk.

Kherson is running out of medicines, including insulin, as well as baby food. There are many looters in the city – there is a threat that they will steal food supplies, said the city mayor Kolykhaiev.
