The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has reported that the Russian Federation has carried out mobilization on the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions and is forming units for an attack on towns and villages on the territory under Ukrainian control. Most of those mobilized have Russian passports.
At the moment, some of them are being moved through the territory of the Rostov region, Krasnodar Krai and temporarily occupied Crimea for an assault on Odesa. Others were transported to Belgorod to be used in an assault on Kyiv as “cannon fodder”. The Commander-in-Chief stresses that such actions by the occupants constitute a war crime.

The parties have reached an understanding on the joint provision of humanitarian corridors for the evacuation of citizens, the delivery of medicines and food to the places of the fiercest fighting, Adviser to the head of the President’s Office Mykhailo Podoliak said in a communiqué following negotiations with representatives of the Russian delegation.
