Total combat losses of Russian aggressors in Ukraine from 24 February 2022 to 01 May 2024 (approximation): 469840 troops; 7312 tanks; 14067 armored vehicles; 12024 artillery systems; 1053 MLRS; 780 anti-aircraft warfare systems; 348 aircraft; 325 helicopters; 16175 military auto vehicles and fuel tanks; 26 military boats; 1 submarine; 9538 tactical UAVs; 1980 special military equipment; 2126 cruise missiles. – General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine


Over the past day, 122 combat clashes took place at the frontline. In addition, the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out strikes on twelve locations with Russian troops and military equipment, while Ukrainian missile troops hit a Russian anti-aircraft missile complex. Ukrainian defenders also shot down two enemy reconnaissance UAVs. – General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine


In the last 24 hours, Russian troops shelled the Chernihiv, Sumy, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Mykolaiv, Odesa, and Kherson regions. At least five citizens were killed and two more were injured. – Information from Regional Military Administrations  


Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine, more than 297 Ukrainian citizens, including 15 children, were killed by Russian mines and other explosive objects, and another 669, including 78 children, were injured. – Oleksandr Khorunzhyi, Press Officer of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine

On May 2, 2024, Russia hit the “Nova Poshta” postal terminal in Odesa with missiles. Approximately 904 shipments worth ₴3 million were destroyed. The employees hid in the bomb shelter on time and were not harmed.
