Roman Baluk is a photojournalist and freelance reporter. In recent years, he has been covering key events in Ukraine, with Lviv being his focus for the media department of the city council.

Roman’s photos have been published by many Ukrainian and international media outlets, including Reuters, the NYT, the Washington Post, The Guardian, and BBC. The photographer also works on his own photography projects.
