Three-year-old boy Hlib learned how to say “Ukraine will win” in a bomb shelter in Kyiv
Little Hlib met the first days of the war with his mother and father in Kyiv. Together with the cat Plotva and the dog Tolik, the family hid in a bomb shelter. Gleb learned to say “Ukraine will win” and, using the child’s shovel, he “dug trenches” in the shelter. After a long journey by train, car and on foot, Hlib and his family found themselves in a safe place in the southwest. So far, safe.
