Teacher near a destroyed school saved her students’ documents

On March 4, Russian occupiers conducted missile and bomb strikes on a school in Zhytomyr. The school was cited as one of the best in the region, with its students winning math competitions and enrolling in the best universities. Now, half the school is in ruins.

The teacher returned to the ruined classrooms to save her students’ documents.

“I am collecting students’ documents. They have to apply for universities soon. As for the war, we will win. The loss of the school is a pity. The kids still have to study, they have exams soon.”
