Serhii Haidai, the Head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration, informed that on June 27, at about 3 p.m., the Russian army fired multiple rocket launchers at a crowd of locals. People came out to get the drinking water from the cistern, due to constant shelling in the city there are problems with water supply.
8 people died immediately, including 1 child. Another 21 people received injuries of varying severity. Rescuers hospitalized victims in Kramatorsk’s hospital — two people died from the injuries. On the morning of June 28, it became known that doctors were forced to amputate the limbs of many victims.
