Russian troops targeted a nine-story administrative building with a missile strike.
As a result of the impact, the entire central section of the building from the 9th to the 1st floor was completely destroyed.
Rescuers worked to retrieve the dead bodies and wounded people from the rubble for almost three days.
According to Vitaly Kim, the chairman of the Mykolaiv regional state administration, a missile blow on the building was followed by the enemy’s movement on one of the front sites.
