Russian troops fired cluster shells in Mykolaiv

The mayor of Mykolaiv, Olexandr Senkevych, shared that the occupying forces fired on apartment buildings, hospitals, 11 kindergartens, and 12 schools and other educational institutions.

As a result of the shelling, 10 people were killed and 46 people were injured. The victims of the shelling were city residents standing at a bus stop and minibus passengers.

Cluster bombs are a special weapon that scatters small explosive munitions over the affected area. They, in turn, disperse and affect a much larger area. These bombs are deadly to civilians, even if dropped on military installations.
