Russia attacks Kryvyi Rih: residential buildings were damaged and caught fire

On March 12, 2024, Russia launched a missile attack on the city of Kryvyi Rih in the Dnipropetrovsk region. At least two residential buildings, a five-story and a nine-story, were damaged.
As of 11:00 pm Kyiv time, the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration reported about 3 people killed and at least 38 wounded, 10 children among them. A rescue operation has been completed.
“Every day our towns and villages suffer similar attacks. Every day Ukraine loses people to Russian evil. And there can be no pause for a day, a week, or even months in support when it comes to simply protecting lives, simply saving people from terror. Everyone in the world who stands with Ukraine at this time is a true defender of life and justice,” President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy wrote.
Update: As of March 13, the rescue operation in Kryvyi Rih is complete. A total of 4 people were killed, and 43 more people were injured, including 12 children. 20 victims of the attack remain in the hospitals: four adults and two children are in serious condition, informed Serhii Lysak, Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.
Later, Oleksandr Vilkul, Head of the Kryvyi Rih City Military Administration, added that the amount of killed victims had increased to five people. The body of a dead man was found during clearing the debris.
