In particular, in the Dniprovskyi district of the capital, the blast wave blew out windows in two residential buildings. Missile debris fell on three more private houses and nearby support facilities, causing partial destruction. Also, the fall of missile fragments was recorded on the roadway, damaging a water supply network.

“The effectiveness of Western weapons in the hands of Ukrainian soldiers cannot be doubted. But there are victims due to fallen fragments of Russian missiles, and houses were burned. The answer for such actions will find these [Russian – ed.] terrorists, there will be no other way,” commented Andrii Yermak, Head of the Presidential Office.
According to Yermak, the target of the enemy strike was an object of critical infrastructure.
